Refund policy


REFUND AND FLAWS POLICY: 
Due to the custom nature of our products, there are no refunds on orders/fabrics. Unless there is misrepresentation regarding fabric content; fabric type and size. Changing your mind about the fabric, or not liking the fabric are not cause for refund.
If you have an issue with the fabric you have received, please email sevenbyraz@gmail.com, and we will be happy to address your concerns. We reserve the right to replace the fabric at our discretion, or a refund may be given should we find that we made an error. You must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your fabric. After which, we reserve the right to deny compensation or replacement yardage.
Should we deem you are due to a monetary refund, you will be refunded via your original form of payment.

We have a 7-day return policy.

By placing a preorder you are agreeing to purchase an item that is not physically in our store and ready to ship. You understand that there is a waiting period and you have agreed to this wait by completing your purchase. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED BECAUSE THE FABRIC TOOK "TOO" LONG TO ARRIVE. We have listed an average wait time for prints to come in and for the most part the time frame will apply, however, during this pandemic, these average times may be longer. We will post any updates on our Facebook group. 

It is not uncommon for custom prints to arrive flawed. Our team does our best to inspect our fabric upon arrival. Any flaw that is the size of a Canadian loonie and runs over 2 inches long, our team will determine if there will be a full refund or a partial refund depending on the flaw and whether it makes the fabric mostly unusable.  Please note that issues such as smudging or defects along the selvage do not constitute as being a flaw. The guaranteed fabric size is 54 inches wide, but we print on fabric that is 60 inches wide. Thereby, any flaw within 6 inches of the selvage is not considered a flaw. Any flaw that can be covered by a quarter per meter of fabric will not be considered refundable. Any yard with multiple small flaws or a large flawed area will be refunded at 50 cents per inch of fabric that is flawed along each meter length. Washing or otherwise altering the fabric in any way (e.g., cutting, sewing, marking, etc.)  the fabric prior to discussing the flaws with an admin voids any flaw policy. Members must contact our team within seven (7) days of receiving their fabric to disclose any flaws; the flaw policy is void as of day eight.

Please not that slight fading of fabrics after washing is not a flaw and you will not be issued a refund for this. You are responsible how you wash your fabric and are therefore we are not responsible for the outcome of your wash routine. There are tips provided for washing your prints, but as stated we are not responsible for how you choose to care for your fabric.

Color variations from the strike offs to the bulk order are not uncommon or what you see on your computer screen It is also common to have slight colour variations between bases, especially between spandex and polyester based bases. . We will always have strike offs to ensure the designs are seamless and to verify the quality of the prints, size and colour. These will be showcased by our strike team prior to preorder; however, there may be a some colour variations variation of 5%-10% difference from the strike off. This is not uncommon, and is not considered a flaw. Should a print be rerun the difference in colour and size between the two runs is not considered a flaw. There will be variations due to the nature of printing. They will not be exact. The bulk print can only be compared to the strike off for the round in which it is printed. 

You are encouraged to inspect your fabric upon receiving it. If you happen to find any flaws or have other concerns, we ask that you please contact our admin team on our Facebook page so we may replace or issue partial/full refunds. Any issues or problems with your order that is addressed after the 7 days is not eligible for replacement or refunds. Any issues need to be addressed before washing, cutting, or altering the fabric in any way. No refunds or replacements will be given at anytime after the fabric has been altered from its original condition.   

7BYRAZ FABRICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR FABRIC IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY DURING SHIPPING, AFTER IT HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE. We do everything we can to secure your order to ensure it arrives to you undamaged. If you would like extra insurance coverage on your order we have an option of purchasing additional insurance through Route, and this will be in checkout. PLEASE NOTE THAT 7BYRAZ FABRICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED. This includes undelivered, lost or porch pirated packages. Once your package leaves our warehouse can not be responsible for the condition it arrives or the time frame it takes to reach you.

FOR NON FABRIC ITEMS:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There is no REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE for handmade earrings, handbags and/or custom made items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sevenbyraz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy


SHIPPING:
Please note that we WILL NOT COMBINE SHIPPING. What does this mean? When you place and order and checkout, when you place a second and consecutive order after, the shipping will not be combined, you will have to pay shipping separate for each order. Our shipping is determined by weight by Canada Post, our main carrier, during checkout. 
ALL parcels shipped by us have a $100 insurance coverage, any additional insurance may be purchased by you at your own convenience during check out.
*International shipping and customs rates are higher than domestic shipping. Customers are responsible for all taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance Fees and duties, that may be levied upon arrival at your country.
*Large orders that have not had shipping calculated at checkout or in their layaway invoice (if applicable) will be invoiced upon round arrival. Please note that large orders do take several hours to confirm, pack, check, weigh, and get ready for shipment. For this reason, it can take several days to receive an invoice.
WRONG FABRIC
IF WE SEND YOU THE WRONG FABRIC IN ERROR, YOU HAVE A FEW OPTIONS.
1. WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL SO YOU CAN SEND IT BACK. THEN WE WILL SHIP THE CORRECT ORDER OUT TO YOU.
2. IF YOU OPT TO KEEP IT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT FABRIC AND WE WILL SHIP YOUR CORRECT FABRIC OUT TO YOU.
3. YOU MAY OPT TO KEEP IT AND FORFEIT THE CORRECT ONE.
AS MUCH AS WE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE AWAY FREE FABRIC, UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT, THIS IS A BUSINESS.
SHIPPING DURING COVID-19
Please note that during this pandemic, our shipping times may be affected and may increase the shipping times. We have no control, unfortunately, over this. We apologize in advance and hope to return to our regular shipping times whenever this pandemic is over.
SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping rates will be calculated at check out. Prices are in CAD, shipping will be through Canada Post. 
CANADA:
Canada post no longer has a flat rate shipping package, all shipping rates are now calculated by weight. Please note Canada post has increased their shipping rates as of January 2021 and these will be reflected at checkout.
USA:
Shipping rates will be calculated at check out. We use Canada Post App that determines your rates based on the weight of your order and size of the parcel. 
REST OF THE WORLD:
Shipping rates will be calculated at check out. We use Canada Post App that determines your rates based on the weight of your order and size of the parcel and country of destination. 
Please note you are responsible for any  additional International taxes and levies at your country's port of entry.
SHIPPING TIMES:
International Air parcels times are between 6 - 12 business days. Note that during these unprecedented times with the pandemic, shipping times will vary and take longer than our usual shipping times.

Please note if these shipping rates might change with notice. We will notify you if any such changes occur.
ADDRESS CHANGES: You can change your address in your account when placing your order. If you need to change an address on an existing order, please send a private message to a member of 7byraz fabrics team to make that change for you. Failure to do so will result in the package shipping to the original address. Lost packages, for this reason, are not the responsibility of our team.
